The Internal Complaint Cell (ICC) at SKS College has been established in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The cell aims to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff members. It is committed to preventing and addressing issues related to sexual harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct within the college campus.
The ICC works with sensitivity, confidentiality, and fairness to ensure that every member of the BA, B.Com, and B.Sc programs feels protected and valued.
Objectives of the Internal Complaint Cell

Procedure for Filing a Complaint
- The aggrieved person may file a written complaint to the ICC within the prescribed time frame.
- The complaint must include details of the incident, date, and names of individuals involved (if known).
- The ICC will acknowledge the complaint and initiate an impartial inquiry.
- Both parties will be given a fair opportunity to present their views.
- The ICC will submit its recommendations to the Principal for appropriate action.
